We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when inquiring about or reserving studio recording sessions:

• Contact information: Name, email address, phone number, and podcast/company name.
• Session booking specifications: Dates, guest counts, and technical audio/video requirements.
• Technical logs: Standard IP address, browser type, and page access timestamps.

2. Use of Information

Your data is used solely to:

• Coordinate, schedule, and deliver podcast studio recording services.
• Communicate session reminders and file delivery links.
• Maintain operational studio security and billing records.

3. Advertising Tags & Google Consent Mode v2

We deploy the Google Ads base tag (AW-18478087108) with Google Consent Mode v2. By default, marketing and advertising storage parameters are set to denied upon page load. Advertising cookies and personalized data collection are only enabled if you explicitly choose "Accept" on our cookie notification banner.

4. Data Retention & Audio Files

Raw multi-track audio and video stems recorded in our studio are stored on secure local studio storage for a minimum of 14 days following your session to allow for file download and backup, after which raw files are securely purged unless an extended post-production agreement is active.
