1. Studio Reservations & Booking Confirmation

All studio recording sessions booked with Zurflit (zurflit.online) are confirmed upon mutual agreement of date, time, and package specifications. Session rates (including the base 190 EUR package) include studio room access and the presence of a qualified audio technician.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Notice provided 48 hours or more before session: 100% full refund or free reschedule.
• Notice provided less than 48 hours before session: Subject to a 50% re-booking fee to cover allocated engineer time.

3. Intellectual Property & Stem Ownership

Clients retain 100% of the copyright and intellectual property rights to all voice, video, podcast dialogue, and musical content recorded within the studio. Zurflit makes no claim of ownership over your recorded master files.

4. Studio Conduct & Equipment Care

Clients and guests are expected to treat the facility, microphones, cameras, and acoustic fixtures with care. The primary booking host is responsible for any negligent damage caused to studio equipment by their guests.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
