How many participants can record at once?
Our main podcast recording suite comfortably accommodates up to 4 in-person participants around our custom acoustic table. Each person has a dedicated Shure SM7B broadcast mic on a silent boom arm and closed-back headphones.
Do I need to bring any recording gear or storage?
No audio or camera equipment is required. You are welcome to bring a USB-C high-speed SSD drive (e.g. Samsung T7/SanDisk Extreme) for instant local file transfers immediately after your session. Alternatively, we upload your files to a secure cloud link within 2 hours.
Is an audio technician included in the 190 EUR rate?
Yes. Every studio booking includes a live audio technician in our control booth who calibrates mic gain, monitors for background noise, manages remote patch connections, and ensures zero technical dropouts.
Can I bring a remote guest on Zoom or Riverside?
Yes. Our studio audio patch supports lossless remote integration via Riverside.fm, Cleanfeed, or Zoom ISO. Remote voices are routed directly into your in-studio headphone mix with zero latency.
What is your studio cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Sessions can be rescheduled or canceled with a full refund up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled recording time. Changes within 48 hours are subject to studio availability and technician scheduling.
Where are you located and is there parking nearby?
We are located at 142 King Street West, Suite 400, in the heart of downtown Toronto. Underground public parking is available directly adjacent to the building, and we are just steps from St. Andrew TTC subway station.
